This week, PEACE FOUNDATION was privileged to join one of the community groups from Butama IV village, Mirambi sub county Bundibugyo district as its members were harvesting egg plants/nkedhengu/entonga.  Members of the group were provided with more vegetable seedlings which they planted and have been harvesting to support their group members food wise. They harvest every after two days with each member taking home a share for the family. The harvest is expected to continue through the year. Members have tested and witnessed growing of vegetables based on organic farming practices. Some of the members attended a PDC/Permaculture Design Course last December 2023. The group is  well supported by PEACE Foundation.
